Shipping Information & Return Policy
Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been processed & cleared. If you need your goods urgently please contact us by LIVE help or leave a note on the special instruction upon check out saying that you urgently require us to post your item(s). We aim to ship your purchases ASAP.
- Australia: ETA in Transit is between 3 to 12 business days
Australia Buyer: $9.90 Flat Rate Australia Wide Excluding some Bulky items we have specific note, like Gazebo,Shoe Cabinet, Reception Desk and etc which $9.90 flat rate is not applicable.
We use Australia Post as our courier. All of our parcels come with tracking numbers and we will update your order status within 2 working days after your parcel has been dispatched. You can contact Australia Post by phone 131318 or visit www.aupost.com.au to track and find out the latest information about your parcel(s).
Please Note: If there is no record from Australia Post regarding your parcel, it means that your parcel is still in transit. The Australia Post staff have not yet scanned your tracking number at the nominated checkpoint. Please be patient, and wait a little while longer before checking again.
We appreciates your business and wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return the item within 5 business days upon receipt of the parcel(s). All item(s) need to be in their original conditions, not worn or altered.
Important Note: Your shipping costs will NOT be refunded for any reason. The customer is responsible for the cost of return items. For the return of an item for refund/replacement purposes, please contact our staff first. For the return of an item due to unsatisfactory quality, and the postage paid for us to send you the item is greater than $9.90 we will deduct the overpaid postage from your item cost. Please note these conditions before you make your purchases.
